 | 300-in-3
is the vision of the Berean Fellowship in partnership with Campus Crusade for Christ
to recruit, train, launch and support 300 pastors in India in 3 years.
In a land that is home to more than one billion people and 35 million lifeless gods,
church planting is desperately needed. We have recognized this need for years but
were not able to find the right partnership.
However, Campus Crusade for Christ has been reaching India by showing the Jesus
film in thousands of villages for several years. Thousands have been responding
to the Good News, leaving many saved but without churches. Now, many film workers
desire to receive training so they can return to those villages and plant churches.
Although the doors had been shut before, God led this small family of churches,
the Berean Fellowship, to Campus Crusade. Their need for pastoral training and our
passion came together in an exciting opportunity to become involved in something
larger and more wonderful than any of us could have ever imagined.
In faith, we believe God will have us raise up 300 men to be church-planting pastors
in a total of three years.
We call this opportunity

Churches in the Fellowship enjoy flexibility in methodology while agreeing on a
clearly defined doctrinal statement, a common constitution, and a shared vision
for worldwide impact. Pastors benefit from interdependence, support , accountability
and a family spirit fostered by District meetings, an annual pastors' retreat, and
the National Convention. These strengths provide a platform from which we plant
churches, make disciples, and reach the world in our generation.
